Retailing is rapidly evolving towards a future where seamless ‘always-on’ shopping will be the norm. Current growth trends in on-line shopping and the rapid evolution of both mobile commerce and in-store service devices are forcing retailers to look afresh at their multi-channel branding and operations and the customer experience they deliver. It’s our opinion that this rapid evolution requires long-term thinking about how to adapt to these changing needs.
