Role overview:

 

The Quality Team provide an independent view of how projects, programmes and improvement initiatives are progressing in the area of Application Services. We are looking for a Quality Co-ordinator to join this team based in Swansea.

 

Role responsibilities:

 

1) To undertake quality assurance of project activities including local audits and regular project reviews

2) Review and approve project documentation for accuracy and conformance to process

3) Ensure that standard processes are deployed

4) Establish and monitor appropriate process performance measures

5) Co-ordinate process improvement teams to ensure improvement tasks are identified and implemented

6) Develop and implement general awareness programmes on matters relating to process improvement and business effectiveness

7) Provide advice and guidance on quality related matters including ISO 9001, ISO 20000 and CMMI

Specific Skills and Experience:

 

Mandatory –:

Fujitsu Service Business Management System

ISO 9001:2000

IT experience with knowledge of the software development lifecycle

Good verbal and written communication

Attention to detail

Security Clearance (can be applied for)

Flexible and motivated

Team Worker

 

Desirable -:

ISO 20000

ISO 27001

CMMI

Other quality standards / methodologies
