a significant change for most people. Transitions can be especially stressful
as much may not, initially, be known - What is TUPE? Will I have a job? Who
are Fujitsu Services? What will happen? What's the culture - these and many
other concerns can be typical of an outsourcing transition. We recognise this

The purpose of these pages is to try and answer as many of your questions as
we can and provide as much reassurance as possible. We explain what TUPE is
and how it effects you, who we, Fujitsu Services, are and give you examples
of previous transitions we have managed and what people have said about it,
as well as trying to answer many general questions. No website can possibly
answer all your questions so if the answer is not on here, don't give up, keep
asking us until we have resolved your concerns.
We hope that you will gain a positive understanding of what Fujitsu Services
