Since I joined in May I have found out more about the service the Pensions Department provides for pensioners. We have a good reputation for being helpful and responsive in our administrative dealings with ICL pensioners.

The `Pensions Insight’ publication is to keep you informed on pensions matters and on the ICL Group Pension Plan. You will be getting the next issue in January 2008.

For those of our pensioners who wish more detail we publish minutes of discussions at the ICL Pension Members Committee and other reports on this website – most are in confidence for members only so are in the members area.

We do respond to queries promptly. An increasing proportion of individual pensioner queries now come in through the `contact’ message facility on this website – do use that facility whenever you need.

A suggested New Year resolution for registered members – do check and update as appropriate the details you have entered in the members directory.
