Michio Naruto first became involved in the ICL/Fujitsu technology collaboration in 1981. Following the acquisition of ICL by Fujitsu in 1991 he became the main Fujitsu representative in ICL. From 1996 to 2002 he was the Chairman of the Board of the main company - ICL PLC, which subsequently became Fujitsu Services Holdings Ltd.
