Notes for Contributors

Contributions should be submitted electronically, after contact has been established with an editor.

The preferred format for a contribution is as a MS word document, laid out to look similar to what you might expect to see published on the website

For short news or update items the proposed text may be in an Email.

Other formats may be accepted, but please discuss that with an editor first.

Where relevant information is available elsewhere on the web, links should be given rather than repeat. Links to sites that do not support public access will not be published.

The editor may refer contributions to independent referees for comment.

The name of the contributor will usually be published. Other contact details will not normally be published since it is expected that follow up contact can usually be made using the message relay facility in the members directory.
