The ICL Anthology books - introduction to web edition

Hamish Carmichael has prepared new editions of these books, in a format for web viewing.

The text of the original books has been preserved, and set up as Adobe PDF files.

You can use the Adobe Search facilities to do text searches on the complete book – this is an advantage since the original books did not have an index.

You can use the Adobe Navigation facilities to navigate within the book - bookmarks are included for chapters, and thumbnails for pages. Use the icon to 'show/hide navigation pane' to get views with or without bookmarks.

Note that page headers and footers have been removed to reduce the file size.
